Ridgeline’s History
Ridgeline started with a clean sheet of paper and a deep bench of domain experts and technologists bound by a set of core values and motivated to offer the industry a better experience than what legacy tech could offer.
Now over 400 employees strong and with four offices across the U.S., we have built a new, modern platform in the public cloud, purpose-built for the investment management industry that prioritizes security, agility, and usability to empower firms like never before.

Board of Directors
Dave Duffield
Founder and Chairman
Dave’s distinguished career in business software spans more than five decades. He has founded or co-founded six enterprise software companies, including the world-class public companies PeopleSoft and Workday. Each delivered software and technology ahead of its time to benefit businesses and institutions across the globe. Dave was an early adopter of core values and the belief that happy employees lead to happy customers.
George Tenet
Board Member
George Tenet is currently Chairman Emeritus of Allen and Company LLC, a privately held investment bank. Previously, Mr. Tenet served under Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush as the 18th Director of Central Intelligence from 1997 to 2004. In this position, he led the U.S. Intelligence Community and presided over the daily activities of the CIA.
Mr. Tenet has received many awards for his public service, including the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the United States' highest civilian honor. Mr. Tenet received a BSFS from Georgetown University and a MIA from Columbia University. He is the author of At the Center of the Storm (2007), a best-selling memoir of his life in the CIA.
Robynne Daly
Board Member
Robynne Daly currently serves on the board of directors for Unity Software, Lyra Health, and the University of Hawaii Foundation. She previously spent 12 years at Workday in various senior roles, including vice chair, co-president, CFO and chief accounting officer. Prior to joining Workday, Robynne was chief accounting officer and corporate controller at VMware, served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer at VeriSign, and served as assistant controller at Oracle. She also held senior finance roles at Visa, General Electric, and Ford.
Robynne holds a master of business administration degree in finance from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting from Claremont McKenna College.
Mike Frandsen
Board Member
Mike has 40+ years of experience in consulting and application software. He held leadership positions at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), PeopleSoft, and Workday. He was also the CEO at a green energy startup as well as a provider of SaaS-based retail promotion management applications.
Mike served on the boards of Zendesk and Advent Software prior to the sale of those companies. He is currently a director for the Workday Foundation. Mike holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Colorado.

Dave Blair
Chief Executive Officer
As Ridgeline’s CEO, Dave brings a modern, cloud-based product and technology focus to Ridgeline. Dave has 30 years of experience bringing new solutions to the market in the investment management software industry. Prior to joining Ridgeline in 2020, Dave led multiple product areas at SS&C Advent over 28 years and helped oversee Advent’s entire portfolio of software solutions.
Mike Duffield
SVP of Go to Market
For Mike, success in sales and marketing starts with a partnership grounded in honesty, thoughtfulness, and like-minded core values. These principles developed over 30 years of leading sales initiatives at PeopleSoft and Workday, where he worked closely with organizations of all sizes to modernize their administrative systems. Before joining Ridgeline, Mike co-founded and served as CEO of Alchemy, a leading Workday Higher Education solutions partner.
Susan Koo
SVP of Products and Platform
Susan brings over 20 years of enterprise experience and passion for building high-performing products and teams to her role as Senior Vice President of Product Engineering at Ridgeline. She previously served as VP of Product Engineering at Esurance and SS&C Advent, where she led product development efforts for many of Advent's products. Susan holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Harvard University.
Jenny Molinelli
SVP of People and Operations
Jenny oversees Ridgeline’s People and Operations functions, which include HR & Workplace, Talent Acquisition, Program Management, and Technical Documentation & Learning. In her role, Jenny ensures the alignment of Ridgeline's strategic goals with its operational capabilities, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, operational efficiency, and overall company performance. Prior to joining Ridgeline, Jenny was a director at Facebook, where she led workforce operations and learning programs for all technical teams. Her experience also includes operations roles at Dell. Jenny is a graduate of both Penn State and Lafayette College.
Jeremy Hittle
Chief Security Officer
As Ridgeline’s Chief Security Officer, Jeremy is responsible for building and overseeing all security, compliance, and IT programs and needs at Ridgeline. His 20 years of IT, security, fraud, and compliance experience in both the consumer and enterprise spaces have given him a unique vision that helps Ridgeline place security and privacy at the center of our product, technology, and engineering choices. Jeremy also served as the Chief Security Officer and Vice President of Security at Workday before joining Ridgeline.
Jon Ruggiero
Chief Technology Officer
Jon was previously at Workday, beginning as an early employee and serving as Chief Technology Architect and later Senior Vice President. At Workday, Jon led a product incubation organization innovating the next generation of products and technology. Jon holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from the College of Engineering at Cornell University. Jon is the inventor on multiple patents related to digital credentials, transaction concurrency, parallel processing, search, and analytics.
Jack Lynch
Head of Strategy
Jack brings deep knowledge of enterprise technology to his strategy leadership role at Ridgeline. A student of disruptive technologies, Jack motivates Ridgeline with his energy, optimism, and personal investment in people, teams, and relationships. Prior to Ridgeline, Jack led a global products and solutions team specializing in industry-specific solutions at IBM Watson.
Bridget Barrot
VP of Customer Experience
Bridget is an accomplished executive with 20+ years in global customer-facing roles, including 10 years in fintech with companies like FactSet and Chainalysis, leading and scaling teams across all post-sales functions. She is an experienced speaker and advisor, championing customer-led growth and innovative customer success strategies. At Ridgeline, she oversees Consulting, Customer Success, Support and CX Operations. Bridget is a graduate of Loyola University in Maryland.
Bert Forsythe
VP of Legal
Bert leads Ridgeline's legal team. He joined from Workday, and previously Scout RFP, where he focused on enabling the hypergrowth of emerging enterprise software products and companies. Earlier in his career, Bert worked on Wall Street and then in Silicon Valley, counseling corporate, financial institution and investment firm clients on a variety of matters.
Erica Lied
VP of HR and Workplace
Erica leads Human Resources and Workplace at Ridgeline. She brings a passion for developing high-performing organizations, designing HR programming that motivate talent, and creating a culture where employees can bring their full selves to work. Erica believes employees are the heart, soul, and competitive advantage of any company (not to mention one of Ridgeline's core values!). Prior to Ridgeline, Erica worked across several billion dollar brands at Procter & Gamble in both Human Resources and Sales.
Meg Bartolome
VP of Finance
Meg oversees Ridgeline's Finance, Accounting, and Corporate Strategy as well as leading all initiatives focusing on disciplined financial management. Meg brings over 20 years of finance and technology experience and has held roles across a broad range of public and private technology companies. Prior to Ridgeline, Meg served as VP of Finance at Motive Technologies and held various leadership roles at Advent Software and Zendesk, supporting revenue growth from $75M to $1B. Meg started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has a degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
